Shopping Keyval-on-Pod Migration Led the end-to-end migration of 110+ Keyval projects in 6 instances processing > 27 million keys QPS to the Pod platform. Integrated Autocap and Autopilot to automate resource management, freeing up 25% resources of 500T RAM and 186K GCU. Orchestrated synchronization across 4 distinct teams to resolve blockers e.g. resource shortages and environment consolidation.Shopping Keyval Data Safety and Conformance Developed Uniformity and presubmit check in Golang to ensure 110+ Shopping Keyvals comply with data safety requirements. Enforced mandatory configuration of owner, team alias, escalator queue, and multiple data replication (>=3 CNS paths) based on project status (production vs. experimental) to ensure clear incident response and data ownership.Mangle API Layer Pod Migration Migrated Core processes (BCID, ACLs, CDPush) to Pod automation and established a safer release vetting process with Rollout. Designed and Implemented a progressive traffic ramp-up strategy (1% to 100%) using Dripit and GSLB for safe traffic transition.
