ABOUT ZITLALY MARTINEZ HERNANDEZ
Experienced leader, facilitator, and collaborator with a demonstrated history of working in the non-profit organization management industry, student organizations, and the community. I am skilled in Google Suites, Microsoft Suites, community engagement, and Qualitative Research. I hold two Bachelors of Arts, in Psychology and Latin America and Latino Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz, along with a minor in Politics. I have helped diversify each space I have entered, as well as advocate for individuals of a BIPOC identity. With my organizational skills and attention to detail, I have carried out various projects to enrich my workspaces from serving on the Equity and Diversity Committee in the department of Student Media at UCSC and putting on the infamous keynote speaker event \" Radical Voices,\" to holding multiple workshops catering to personal development and representation in spaces such as Hermanas Unidas, the Educational Opportunity Program, TWANAS-Communities of Color, and the Renaissance Scholars Project.
