My primary focus is on streamlining the collections workflow to achieve accurate and timely financial operations along with bank reconciliation.Requested customer details (Including form) and Updating customer account on Workday when needed:Gather and verify financial information for customers that are in current and 1-30 buckets to ensure further smooth communication. This data is then updated in the Workday system for tracking and follow-up purposes.Ageing Buckets:In Current bucket ensuring the invoices to be shared with customer via email. Manage the dunning process for overdue customer accounts, particularly those falling within the 1–30-day overdue bracket. After 15 days of overdue, send a second reminder email to encourage payment and resolve outstanding balances.Resolving Customer invoice and Contract Query:Resolving customer invoice and contract queries involves addressing any discrepancies, clarifying terms, and providing timely solutions to ensure accurate billing and contract adherence. This process helps maintain strong customer relationships and ensures smooth financial operations.Weekly AR Reporting:Preparation of financial report, ensuring accurate data entry and analysis. This may involve gathering relevant financial data, performing reconciliations, and compiling reports for management review.Cash Application and Reconciliation:Implement and follow standardized procedures for cash application, ensuring payments are correctly matched to outstanding invoices and discrepancies are resolved efficiently. This ensures that accounts receivable balances are accurate and up to date.
