Manage buying for WW and MW Scandinavian brands including H&M Group (ARKET, & Other Stories) and Gina Tricot, delivering trend-led, commercial ranges tailored to our 20-something customer- Successfully onboarded two major brands to the Scandi department, both of which continue to deliver strong performance across the business- Stepped up to lead the buying team during a managerial transition, ensuring continuity and delivery of departmental targets. Successfully drove a strong season start with the department becoming the top performer and delivering year on year sales growth- Built and maintained strong supplier and brand relationships, essential for negotiating competitive cost prices, developing commercially successful product ranges, and ensuring timely deliveries. Regularly attended international buying appointments and strategic meetings to support business growth and alignment- Collaborate closely with Merchandising to analyse sales data, build ranges, and drive trade actions; led the range selection process with clear rationale based on trends and performance- Contribute to department and company strategy by identifying trade risks and opportunities; work with Buyer to optimise in-season performance, presenting trading updates to senior leadership weekly/ monthly- Partner with social and marketing teams on brand launches and campaign strategies to maximise visibility and sales throughout each season- Additional support the ASOS homepage and production studios rep, coordinating with studios and branded teams to manage bi-weekly homepage refreshes and feature content planning- Manage and develop three Buyers Administrators, overseeing their day-to-day responsibilities and contributing to product fit/approval processes.
