ABOUT ZISHAN V.

I discovered my passion for innovative technologies at university while working on an early Hyperloop prototype. Since then, I have spent over 7+ years driving strategy and operations in pioneering technology sectors. I thrive in chaotic environments, embrace experimentation, and constantly seek new challenges to learn and innovate. I began my career at Hyperloop Transportation Technologies and Hyperloop Italia, leading global expansions into Australia, Italy, the UK, and Brazil. While also being involved in partnerships with Catapult UK, Toyota Italia, and the World Economic Forum LATAM, which helped with the development and feasibility of the technology itself. Besides market entries and partnerships, I also became part of leading the global events team alongside the Chief of Staff and generated $300K in new revenue and delivered $50K in savings. At Deca4 Advisory, I transitioned into blockchain and Web3, architecting Tejouri, an award-winning ZK-proof digital wills platform for DIFC Courts, and launching Sphera, a sports NFT marketplace that raised $2M via IDO for At ASIMOV Protocol (L2 on NEAR), I designed gamified engagement strategies that boosted initial community participation by 40% in just 30 days. Currently, I’m part of the core team building Secret Mountain (Radiant Souls), a global music-avatar IP with A.R. Rahman that fuses human composition with AI to enable real-time, participatory music experiences. I shape strategy, the innovation roadmap, community programs, and GTM/partnerships; map the AI music + avatar pipeline (interactive stems, live adaptive scoring, co-creation loops), define monetization (virtual concerts, licensing/sync, brand collaborations, digital collectibles, and phygital drops); and structure funding materials (SAFE/convertible options) while aligning partners and investor narrative. I also mentor early-stage founders at Outlier Ventures and Brinc, providing strategic guidance across AI, real-world assets, Web3, and emerging tech. I also create TikTok content to demystify NFT trends and digital innovation, and manage AV production for marquee experiences like Dubai Fashion Week with Magnum Events. I’m seeking strategy or operations roles in forward-thinking ventures across space technology, quantum computing, longevity biotech, CRISPR, food innovation, mobility, Web3, and age tech. With deep experience in strategic planning, operations management, and stakeholder alignment, I’m eager to partner with mission-driven teams to deliver transformative results.
