Hi, I’m Zion Richardson, an Accounting student at Morgan State University, graduating in Fall 2025. I currently serve as Vice President of the National Association of Black Accountants (NABA) and am a chartering member of Alpha Kappa Psi, the professional business fraternity, where I focus on leadership development, professional growth, and expanding my network. I’m currently an Audit Intern at KPMG, where I’m gaining hands-on experience in the accounting profession. Started my Summer 2025 internship in the Federal Audit practice at KPMG US. In this role, I support audit teams in performing procedures for federal government clients, including testing internal controls, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. I’m excited to gain hands-on experience with federal audit standards, develop technical skills, and contribute to meaningful work that supports transparency and accountability in the public sector.
