Work with the Raytheon Program Management and/or Business Development personnel on assigned Programs to ensure Program or Emerging Markets’ Export/Import activities are conducted compliantly under specific authorizations regulated by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations or the Export Administration Regulations and support their lifecycle as required by Policy. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Gathering and reviewing with stakeholders all required information for the formation of an export authorization request package for review and submittal in OCRManage and monitor the day to day performance of approved Authorizations and work with EXIM staff and Programs in answering and resolving corrective actions related to assigned authorizations Initiate and complete Health Check Surveys of export authorizationsSupport self-assessments and audits as requiredBrief personnel utilizing export authorizations on approved scope and understanding/acknowledgement of scope and limitationsAssist on proviso Reclamas and/or clarificationEnsure yearly reporting requirements (i.e. Annual Sales Reports, Part 130 Reporting, Proviso and Scope Re-certification, etc.) are concluded in timely fashionOther support as assigned by EXIM Senior Leadership
