My background includes flow synthesis and analysis of small molecules, and APIs, project management experience as a team leader to solve complex problems. I\'m an expert in organic and analytical chemistry with a strong background of modern process development and analysis. I place emphasis on collaboration and bringing together the right experts to solve the technical challenges. I\'m serving as process engineer to develop flow process for APIs synthesis. I also identify intellectual property opportunities as well as ensure business, customer, and market focus to all efforts.
