About Zimeng Jamie Zhou
Undergraduate at Vanderbilt University since 2020. Currently an undergraduate researcher in Dr. Maizie Zhou\'s bioinformatics lab, using enhanced max-cut algorithm in python to develop phasing software and experimenting on 40k+ DNA sequencing data. Also currently an undergraduate researcher in Dr. Bobby Bodenheimer\'s LiVE virtual and augmented reality lab researching on Step Over Affordances in VR environments for children. Proficient in java, C++, and Python programming, and familiar in Linux, MySQL, MATLAB and C#. I\'m also skilled in Unity and Github. My interests lie in Computer Science and the intersection of Psychology and CS - SWE, DS, and HCI.Collaborative and constructive, my friends say I’m a great team-worker and leader working in projects.
