Heading five departments dedicated to enterprise competitiveness; innovation and sustainable development, ICT and competitive intelligence,Entrepreneurship and Finance,International Cooperation, HR & Economic Transformation.In charge of developing and deploying strategies and services to foster development and innovation of SMEs.Conducted the INDUSTRY 13 project which elaborated the strategy and the projects aimed at developing the Bouches Du-Rhone Industry.This ambitiuous project with a technical and political dimensions required the coordination of several workgroups, organised the \"indutrial teamwork\" in the region and led to the call for \"a sustainable industry platform\".Launched several programs aimed at growing the SME and Entreprise Networks of Bouches Du Rhone Territory( Growth through innovation and ICT, Intellectual Property for SME, Corporate Social Responsiblity for SMEs.etc)Coordinated the strategy to boost service entreprises innovation and development Project leader for the implementation of a Mutimedia and ICT Science Park in Tunisia:strategy definition, management and coordination of international and local experts
