Used Imaris, R Studio, and single-nuclei RNAseq to characterizethe identity and subpopulation of astrocytes in the hSVZ; mapped the identityand position of cells in the human SVZ from perinatal to elderly stages tocapture the transitions in the niche throughout life; compared the signature ofribbon astrocytes to cells found in GBM in order to understand the origins ofGBM-Analyzed the spatiotemporal mapping of proliferation in the hSV; mapped the frequency, location, and identity of proliferating cells coupling transcriptomic data toidentify the potential cells of origin for GBM.
