Utilise the business’ agreed contract resources to effectively review and return all contracts in a professional, timely manner whilst promoting the department’s SLAs.• Review all supplier and private and public sector client contracts, including NDAs, framework agreements, commercial contracts, SaaS agreements, etc. • Developed the contract risk assessment process and contributed to the development of the responsible procurement process. • Oversee the department’s Reviews and Signoffs process. • Address bottlenecks to ensure full and timely responses including ensuring that due diligence, InfoSec, DPIA and all other supporting checks are also in place ahead of the contract return.• Liaise with the department’s Information Governance Team as needed in support of contract returns. • Respond to all contract enquiries, attending meetings as needed.• Develop relations with the business’ external legal support to ensure this resource is used effectively as needed.
