ABOUT ZIA UDDIN

I stumbled into the Health & Social Care Sector by accident in April 2007, more so by my ambition to progress career wise rather than any previous experience of the sector. However I quickly realised that there is nothing comparable to recruiting in the Health & Social Care Sector in terms of the importance of recruiting the best staff member for vulnerable people and the sheer satisfaction one gets from making the connection between employers and great candidates who will have such a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable people. In April 2022 I decided to get out of my comfort zone and after 15 years of gaining recruitment experience working across perm recruitment, nursing temp recruitment and in mental health temp recruitment, here I am! It has been a journey which has seen me start as a consultant and work my up to divisional manager, seeing the good and the bad within the recruitment industry. I\'m not a super hero but I am one of the good guys! With Justice, fairness and integrity at my centre, ready and ever willing to provide recruitment services to clients and candidates alike.
