   As Sr. Area Director, I\'m responsible and accountable for the overall revenue & profitability of 17 flexible office spaces in Bangalore and Hyderabad (1.9M+ square ft. of space). This includes overseeing a complex operations and customer service team of 60+ individuals, to ensure that we are meeting WeWork global standards and targets on Member Experience Satisfaction. Lastly, I work closely with leadership on analysing our KPIs (profitability, retention, NPS scores) to identify areas of opportunity, strategise solutions and efficiencies with our products, systems and processes and work on expansion to new micro-markets. I additionally support the head of Community and Operations, India on business strategy and operations across the Country.
