As a Vice President and Engineering Director overseeing design and delivery for WSP’s Energy, Transportation, and Infrastructure sector in Washington, D.C, Maryland, and Virginia, I lead complex utility and power infrastructure projects that enhance energy resilience, operational performance, and client satisfaction. My role integrates technical leadership, solution strategy, and business development to deliver scalable, cost-effective energy solutions across diverse markets.I specialize in managing multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to execute capital projects involving Microgrid systems, DER integration, backup power systems, mission-critical Data Centers, and sitewide electrical infrastructure. My leadership extends beyond design to include construction support, startup, and commissioning oversight, and project turnover. This experience includes delivering critical infrastructure solutions for Department of Defense (DoD) and Department of State (DoS) facilities, both domestically and internationally, where security, resilience, and operational continuity are paramount. In parallel, I actively collaborate with business development and marketing teams to identify and pursue new market opportunities, including utility partnerships and innovative solutions to reduce energy costs. This has driven measurable business growth, expanded service offerings, and increased client acquisition.With deep expertise in regulated utility coordination, power system planning, and resilient energy infrastructure, I bring the technical rigor and strategic perspective required to deliver high-performance energy systems, supporting long-term client objectives, lowering lifecycle costs, and accelerating the transition to sustainable, clean energy.
