Design and develop electrical systems for HVAC products, ensuring compliance with international standards and regulations.• Create detailed electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and PCB layouts using Eplan P8 Electric and SolidWorks.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical and software engineers, to integrate electrical components into product designs.• Conduct simulations, calculations, and testing to optimize system performance and energy efficiency.• Perform failure analysis and troubleshooting to enhance product reliability and safety.• Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to select components and optimize cost-effectiveness.• Ensure compliance with IEC, EN, and other relevant electrical standards for product certification.• Support prototype development and assist in product validation through rigorous testing procedures.• Provide technical documentation and reports for internal and external stakeholders.• Maintain and optimize the EPLAN database to ensure accuracy and efficiency.• Design and develop detailed electrical schematics using EPLAN, adhering to industry standards.• Create and refine control panel layouts in AutoCAD, ensuring compliance with design requirements.• Collaborate with project and after-sales teams to support electrical component testing (e.g, FAT).• Identify and document the electrical spare parts required for each project to streamline procurement.• Develop comprehensive installation and operation manuals for electrical and PLC systems.• Design and implement basic PLC programs based on pre-existing block systems.• Conduct cause-and-effect analysis, prepare detailed I/O lists, and maintain accurate Modbus configurations for effective system integration.
