Productionized LLM Agents to handle the translation of natural language to SQL queries interfacing with internal MCP Servers hosted on client companies’ VPNS and backed by an external Postgres instance to store pgvector embeddings for memory persistence across re‑deployments using Terraform provisioning for AWS RDS Postgres and EC2 Bastion Host.• Researched and developed features to expose confidence values associated with LLM‑based OCR for product’s Intelligent Document Processing mode and tested against GPT and Gemini models.• Refined OCR features to align LLM‑based intelligent OCR with AWS Textract, allowing for document queries in natural language to be associated with graphical bounding boxes highlighting extracted fields’ positions on the original document.• Headed project to re‑develop a secure authentication gateway via AWS Lambda via JWT verification through Stytch by spearheading alignment through the engineering team, developing a design document, and meeting with product representatives.
