About Zhongqi Fu
I am a Technical Product Designer at LIFTE H2, where I lead the UX design of the innovative Enterprise IoT SaaS product LIFTE APM, driving digital transformation in the hydrogen operation industry. I shape product strategy and roadmap in early stages, establish cross-functional workshops, and optimize operational system uptime by digitizing remote equipment data visualizing, alert resolution, and troubleshooting workflows. With a Master\'s degree in Advanced Architectural Design from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Architecture from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, I have a strong background in user research, design systems, and webflow. I have designed experiences, studied users, and worked with multidisciplinary teams on delivering elegant solutions since 2018, launching four applications with significant growth of conversion rates.
