I didn’t come to the U.S. just to collect another degree.Back in China, I had the chance to explore the world of marketing and PR through several internships. One of the most memorable experiences was joining Toyota’s test-drive campaign at BlueDigital, where I traveled across cities, collaborated with media and influencers, and watched a campaign grow from planning to nationwide buzz, learning how data-driven storytelling and campaign analytics can turn creative ideas into measurable brand growth.Experiencing that kind of impact firsthand convinced me to pursue a Master’s in Communication in the U.S, choosing JHU’s D.C. campus in the heart of policy and global communication as more than just a degree. I didn’t want my graduate journey to be defined only by good grades or routines. I wanted challenges that would expand my perspective and create long-term value.That mindset led me to join Pipe Solar, a next-generation solar proposal and CRM software company helping solar businesses streamline the sales-to-install journey. I help turn complex clean-tech solutions into clear and engaging digital marketing narratives while focusing on marketing analytics, SEO performance, and data-driven storytelling to understand how insights and strategy drive measurable growth. Beyond that, I\'ve been also exploring entrepreneurial ventures that test resilience, strengthen problem-solving, and build the kind of strategic thinking that schools cannot teach.Always start with WHY, then the HOW becomes clear. This mindset helps me approach every step with clarity, purpose, and determination.
