In this role, I managed projects, organized training, published thought pieces and advised leadership on building equitable and resilient value chains.• Developed IDH’s first Innovation Guide to support Gender Transformative Business Models, linking sustainability performance to business ROI and solutions, attracting engagement of 16 foundations and 37 businesses. • Developed IDH’s first inclusive program guide on procurement diversity, living income and decent jobs. • Co-led a convening event with CGAP/World Bank in India for ABERA project, elevating gender-inclusive and climate-smart agriculture, resulting in the establishment of 2nd business cohort.• Delivered IDH’s first organizational peer-to-peer learning program in Kenya for 30 professionals on inclusive market transformation, investment readiness, procurement, monitoring and evaluation.• Revised and developed the e-learning modules, achieving a 70% completion rate of all staff. • Provided strategic ESG advisory on corporate sustainability reporting (CSRD, and built key partnerships with Acumen, IFAD and the EU Commission.
