ABOUT ZHIHAO CHEN

I am the co-founder of Homer Farms Inc, a cleantech company that efficiently transfers water, energy, and nutrients from organic waste to fresh produce with sustainable environmental impact. I am also an instructor at Arizona State University, teaching courses on General Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Vertical Farming, and Hydroponic Production.As the co-founder of Homer Farms Inc, I have led the research and development of innovative solutions for organic waste management and urban agriculture, securing multiple funds and publications. I have also partnered with the University of Arizona Center for Innovation, where Homer Farms was under incubation. As an instructor at Arizona State University, I have shared my knowledge and experience with students and colleagues, contributing to the advancement of the field and the community. I am motivated by the vision of creating a circular economy that minimizes waste and maximizes value, and I am eager to collaborate with other professionals and organizations that share this goal. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as a cleantech entrepreneur, a vertical farming expert, and an educator. I hold a master\'s and a bachelor\'s degree in Environmental and Resource Management from Arizona State University.
