ABOUT ZHIBEK ABDYRAMANOVA

I am deeply into using data to create positive change. By leveraging advanced analytics tools like Python, Power BI, and Tableau, I uncover insights that drive smarter decision-making and improve the effectiveness of inclusion programs. My passion for social impact has guided me through an enriching eight-year journey in the non-profit sector. I\'ve worked on diverse projects, starting with economic development initiatives in Kyrgyzstan, where I helped businesses expand their production capacities and create jobs. One of my most meaningful projects involved establishing social enterprises within Crisis Centers, leading to the creation of an apparel workshop, a laundry service, and a handicrafts brand. These initiatives provided sustainable income opportunities for survivors of gender-based violence, empowering them to rebuild their lives. After moving to Canada, I continued my work in the non-profit sector, focusing on inclusion and workforce development. At Trans Canada Trail, I coordinated the National Trail Youth Employment Program, which helped 125 youth facing barriers find meaningful employment in the trail sector. I also developed the Trail Inclusion Tool using Microsoft Power Apps to support inclusive practices among provincial municipalities and community groups.
