I am an executive director who leads complex transformation in the finance, operations and banking industry, with 20+ years of experience. I have a diverse background in life sciences, sales and a fellowship in chartered accountancy. I have spent the last 12 years in COO-aligned roles, successfully delivering risk and control remediation, large-scale strategic workforce automation & optimisation across 1,200 staff, and implementing Agile ways of working.
