With extensive experience handling multi-department, multi-site projects in both corporate and consulting environments, I have worked with organizations such as KPMG, Accenture, Delta Airlines, and National Data Corporation on projects valued in the multimillions. I have effectively managed teams of up to 40 direct reports.I specialize in pursuing, selling, and delivering large-scale state, local government and education (SLED) system integration projects in areas such as Medicaid, SNAP/TANF, and homeless services, with contract values reaching up to $1 billion.    I have played a key role in pursuing and delivering some of the largest state and local government projects in KPMG’s history. Notable projects include the Integrated Eligibility Project for the State of Hawaii, the Medicaid Modernization Program for the State of Tennessee, the Tennessee DHS Enterprise Integration Platform, and serving as the System Integrator for the North Carolina MMIS.A major achievement of mine was leading the product development of the KPMG Resource Integration Suite (KRIS) Connected Platform, KPMG\'s flagship product for the MMIS System Integrator market. I developed the product roadmap and collaborated closely with business SMEs and alliance partners to identify and integrate new features. My efforts focused on establishing continuous feedback loops with end users and clients to consistently enhance the product’s functionality and user experience. I contributed to the architecture design, including the hosting infrastructure, high availability/disaster recovery solutions, observability, and security architecture. I also played a crucial role in the sales process by successfully marketing the KRIS-C Product to two states and assisting state clients in transitioning from legacy Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS) to modular MES using the KRIS-C integration platform.Recently, I have been actively leading the pursuit and solution architecture for data modernization initiatives. This includes migrating data to cloud-based platforms such as Databricks and implementing generative AI solutions with agent-based chatbots and avatars.
