I am an entrepreneur and community contributor, driven by a passion for innovation and purpose. My journey spans a diverse spectrum of industries and roles—from beginning as a Credit Analyst for large corporate clients at Standard Chartered Bank in New York, to serving as a Stylist, Beauty Advisor, and Brand Ambassador at Saks Fifth Avenue, and later becoming a Franchisee of Sylvan Learning.In 2018, I founded Gingie Spa, an award-winning holistic beauty and wellness spa based in Ohio. Gingie Spa has since become a premier destination for upscale clientele seeking integrative, personalized care.Beyond leading Gingie Spa, I helm Jackson, LLC, a consulting firm focused on innovation and business development. In 2023, I was invited to join AYR.ai—the world’s leading intelligent document automation company—as Chief Strategy Officer, where I lead fundraising and strategic sales initiatives. In 2025, I cofounded opAida.ai - an AI powered workflow automation company. I am also honored to serve on the Board of Directors for the Beachwood Chamber of Commerce, contributing to local economic development and community engagement.I hold an MBA from Fordham University and am a proud graduate of the Goldman Sachs Small Businesses Program (2020). Additionally, I am licensed in both esthetics and massage therapy in the state of Ohio.Having lived on three continents—Asia, Europe, and North America—I bring a global perspective and deep appreciation for cultural diversity.
