I am dedicated to drug discovery in pursuing better medicines. My research focus is utilizing advanced structural techniques to improve drug properties and to understand mechanism of actions of novel drug candidates including small molecules, biologics and molecular glues. I have broad experience in target validation, hit finding/confirmation, lead optimization and drug candidate nomination. My training is specialized in membrane protein crystallography, protein expression, protein purification, biophysics and biochemistry.
