ABOUT ZHEN LI
I\'m currently a senior software engineer at Firebolt focusing on cloud data warehouse development. My topics are mainly query plan generation and query optimization for distributed processing. I obtained my PhD (Dr. rer. nat.) in Computer Science at TU Darmstadt, Germany. My research topics were program analysis techniques, software engineering for parallel programming, and (semi-) automatic parallelization. In the past years, I have published more than ten articles on high-level academic conferences and journals such as IPDPS and Journal of Systems and Software. I\'m also the inventor of European patents EP14••••95 and EP13••••16.
