It\'s not about what you do, it\'s how and why you do it. I approach my work with intentionality while fostering equity, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility in the workplace. My focus is on understanding systemic oppression and recognizing how historical and systemic inequities shape workplace dynamics and individual lived experiences. My goal is to dismantle these complex systems as I progress through my career in EDI. I apply my core values - integrity, grit, and passion - to every action and decision that I make. Currently I am building my career in human resources, with a specialized focus on Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion.
