ABOUT ZHAOHUI CLYTIE TIAN
I am a lecturer in Global Business Communication at AFG College with the University of Aberdeen, a dedicated campus of the University of Aberdeen based in Qatar. My main research area is located mainly in the multidisciplinary field of intercultural communication and interaction, social pragmatics,(im)politeness and evaluation, higher education pedagogy, workplace ethics, and morality. I\'m also interested in projects at the intersection of these areas, including but not limited to those in the fields of healthcare and well-being, social media communication and discourse, and the internationalization and transformation of higher education. My research has an applied focus (targeting real-life issues). I have strong organisation, management and communication skills and aspirations for advancement and creativity in the work.
