   ONEBIT is a Google for Startups-backed startup building bookkeeping and financial insights-generation tools for small business owners. As a full-stack engineer at ONEBIT, I—• Single-handedly built core expense-tracking functionality using client- and server-side integration with Plaid’s API, including OAuth flow and a webhook receiver to automatically sync incoming updates with GCP database• Reduced security risks by replacing legacy auth flow with custom Firebase cookie-based auth, implemented using Firebase client and Admin SDK libraries, to reduce XSS and manual password/JWT management vulnerabilities• Collaborate with other engineers to perform and implement detailed PR reviews including QA testing• As one of the primary engineers on the team, work closely with product manager to define requirements, write detailed documentation, and onboard and mentor new hires
