The company was later acquired by Johnson & Johnson for $2B. Contributed to cross-border licensing and R&D collaborations with BeiGene, Sino Biopharma, Novocodex, and ZMC, helping establish Ambrx as a leading China–US biotech platform while securing substantial non-dilutive capital.
