ABOUT ZHAISAN KULANBAY

I am Innovative energy expert with a demonstrated history of working in the government administration. Skilled in Entrepreneurship, Electricity and Marketing Strategy. Strong professional with a Master\'s degree focused in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from University of Southern California. I have more than 8 years’ experience in energy sector. I focus on developing investments in the electricity field. I was responsible for generating state legal acts and the Law of Electricity to attract entrepreneurs in this field. Moreover, I supervise electricity stations and major electricity companies of Kazakhstan, as well as investment projects. I always do strategy for myself to achieve my family, career, and daily tasks. It helps me to have right decision and keep everything under control. Consequently, my strategic mindset ability helped me to adopt myself to the different types of fields when there was opportunity for me to apply. I worked as a president of the science student association, president of the city student association, most importantly I worked in the energy sector after I finished my bachelor’s in information technology. They were different fields from each other. Moreover, I transit myself from government servant to the business owner in the biggest city of the world in Los-Angeles. By adopting myself to the different types of jobs I developed my ability to find my own solutions for different types of tasks. I like to complete the task with more efficient, less bureaucracy and less time-consuming way. To sum up, I always like to be honest, and I want any person to be honest with me so that we will not waste our time and we can move forward faster. I always honest with my colleagues, friends, family. I tell everything as it is, and I think it the best way to solve any task. Moreover, during my MSEI program at University of Southern California I learnt and practiced at the same time all of the phases of business from planning to starting, pitching, organizing the team, the art of selling. Consequently, my journey at Marshall School of business at USC helped me to become one of the competitive experts in the Entrepreneurial field.
