About Zachary Farber
As a graduate of Tulane University\'s BSPH/MPH combined degree program (class of 2022), I am continuing my education in the program as an MPH in epidemiology candidate, with a keen interest in applying my strong foundation in public health principles (primarily epidemiology) to promote public health and well-being. My primary research interest is investigating neurodegenerative diseases, specifically ALS and other motor neuron diseases. With experience in clinical research and health disparities research, as well as clinical experience as an EMT, I have gained valuable insights into the various factors that impact population health outcomes, as well as developed skills in patient care, communication, and problem-solving. I am eager to leverage my education, experience, and passion for public health to make meaningful contributions to the field and collaborate with others to develop innovative solutions that can improve health outcomes for all.
