Leading a highly talented team to build highly dexterous robotic hands with intrinsic and extrinsic perception capabilities including but not limited to distributed tactile sensing in a glove form-factor. My team is designing across structures, electrical, tactile simulation and hybrid force-position controller. My team also needs to work with multiple cross-functional teams, e.g, reliability & testing, manufacturing, maintenance, and FEM team. The goal is to accelerate embodied artificial intelligence by providing a functional and reliable end-effector.
