As part of my role at Deutsche Bahn, I am involved in diverse tasks in project management, digitalization, and construction supervision. I have gained insights into large-scale infrastructure projects such as Stuttgart 21 and the 2nd Munich S-Bahn tunnel, while also taking ownership of independent projects.Key Experiences & Responsibilities:Project Lead – Construction Logistics Concept Kronach – independently responsible for the planning of construction logistics (material flow and delivery concepts, quantity determination using BIM Vision, construction site layout, and coordination with project management and local authorities).Digitalization & BIM – conducted research and authored a study on available data at Deutsche Bahn and its application potential for BIM processes.Presentations & Technical TalksApplications of Artificial Intelligence in project managementRailway tunnel construction at DB (classification, safety requirements, regulations)Effective presentations, email communication, and calendar managementEvent Organization – supported the DB Digitalization Conference (coordinating speakers, schedules, and participant communication).Site Visits & Documentation – participated in technical excursions (Stuttgart 21, bridge launch Oberaudorf, 2nd Munich S-Bahn tunnel) and prepared project summaries.Mentoring & Team Support – supervised an intern by organizing her schedule, introducing her to project management methods (HOAI, DB processes), and guiding her research on AI tools for presentation support.
