This includes investigating andrecommending appropriate corrective actions for cybersecurity incidents.•Conduct core information security activities: Security Information and EventManagement (SIEM), Malware Detection, Vulnerability Management Education andAwareness, Open Source Intelligence (OSINT), Network Monitoring, and LogAnalysis.•Utilized Microsoft Defender to perform in-depth phishing analysis and managequarantine email releases, identifying and mitigating email-based threats to protectorganizational data and enhance overall cybersecurity.•Azure is used to monitor login logs and investigate security alerts to detect andrespond to potential travel times.•Document all activities during an incident and provide management with statusupdates during the life cycle of the incident.•Perform root cause analysis in logs, traffic flows and phishing activities to identify malicious actors.
