About Zev Paiss
Zev is one of those visionary individuals who\'s career has included the creation of a number of innovative organizations and businesses. As a sustainability educator, consultant, keynoter speaker, non-profit administrator, national hemp consultant, and Protopian (positive) future writer, he has pulled from his experiences as a national leader in both the Cohousing and industrial hemp worlds. He was the creator and Founding Executive Director of the Cohousing Association of the United States and National Hemp Association, where he helped to build the largest and most active hemp trade association in the nation.While still in its early development stage, industrial hemp will be looked back on as one of the most potent disruptive industries of our times. Hemp, the non-psychoactive “cousin” of marijuana, has been cultivated by humans for over years, and can be used in over products. Over 30 industrialized countries are currently growing industrial hemp while the United States is taking steps to re-introduce this amazing plant after a break of 80 years.
