Born & Bred New Yorker - Father of two wonderful boys and Husband to an amazing wife.* Fun-fact: A UPS driver introduced me to my wife (google it if you don\'t believe me). Entered into the Real Estate industry as a rental agent at the age of 19 years old. After a few years and many closed deals, I worked my way up till I was a team leader and was responsible for recruiting agents, training and managing new agents. Started and managed my own rental company (KeysNY) with my former broker and completing thousands of transactions. Over the last ten plus years, I have built relationships with many of New York Citys landlords, investors and properties developers which led me into the world of investment sales. My decade of sales experience allows me to negotiate the best possible deal and find creative solutions for my clients. As a market insider, I\'m able to identify opportunities, create value and ensure that my buyers and sellers get the best possible deal in the transaction.
