Youth Academy Football Coach• Deliver age specific coaching sessions to Celtic Youth Academy players.• Plan and structure sessions to facilitate player development and incorporate key life skills out with football.• Work with players individually and collectively to develops skills and the players’ capacity to play as a team.• Work alongside the Academy’s scouting staff to identify talented young players.• Preparing and delivering structured coaching sessions to elite players in line with the academy’s development strategy.• Contribute to the preparation of innovative coaching programmes for the ongoing Celtic abroad initiatives.• Co-ordinating and coaching camps abroad when required, with previous experience delivering sessions around the world.• Lead coach education workshops and provide in-session advice to international coaches.• Identify young players with the necessary talent and attitude to potentially join the club’s academy.
