I love working on cross-functional teams and have become hooked on projects that launch \"new things\" whether it\'s software, new retail environments, or hospitality concepts. Before Virdee, I managed the team that launched new hospitality units for The Guild, including on-site installations, warehousing, procurement, and design. I have ten years of experience in capital management and development for new store environments at Banana Republic, Athleta, Piperlime, and Old Navy. Project Management and connecting teams have been a strong throughline for all of it.
