About Zenobia Sethna
Zenobia Sethna is an experienced L&D and eLearning professional having comprehensive understanding of and holistic experience working in B2B and B2C functions for major elearning and edtech companies in content, instructional design, delivery/PM and P&L roles. She has 20+ years of Instructional Design, Solutioning and Delivery experience in e-Learning, with successful execution of all projects undertaken. Previously, she has been the eLearning Head at Imarticus overseeing the E-learning and the Corporate Training solutions for the B2B segment. At Imarticus Learning, she manages a team of 25 learning specialists and training partners and her role encompasses the entire lifecycle - ranging from need analysis, design, development and delivery of learning programs (online, offline, blended), P&L and budgeting, pre-sales and sales support, operational excellence, as well as driving new B2B initiatives. Prior to Imarticus, she worked as a Senior Instructional Designer at Tata Interactive System (Now MPS Interactive) in the Business Simulations practice and Hurix Systems for 5 years each. She holds a degree in Instructional Design from Symbiosis University as well as a GNIIT degree from NIIT.
