About Zening Wang
As a Course Support at Break Through Tech, my current focus is on nurturing the next wave of AI talent, guiding students through complex machine learning projects, and fostering their problem-solving abilities. Collaboration with Challenge Advisors and providing detailed feedback are central to my role, ensuring students\' project scopes are well-defined and their technical roadblocks efficiently addressed. My academic journey at Cornell Tech in Information Technology, with a specialization in Urban Tech, complements my hands-on experience at the University of Washington, where I honed my expertise in edge AI. These experiences are building blocks towards my goal of integrating AI with urban development, and my deep learning and computer vision skills are pillars supporting this vision. Before that, I hold my bachelor degree of Math-CS with minor in Data Science in University of California, San Diego. I have completed several ML-related projects on detailed data analysis on various kinds of datasets, different ML algorithm evaluation and development of a data visualization website.
