Performance Nutritionist with an MSc in Sport & Exercise Nutrition. Presently, performance nutrition consultant for West Ham United Women’s First team; welcomes the opportunity to work in a challenging, elite performance nutrition environment. Demonstrable experience of providing nutritional planning and support to ‘prepare, perform and recover’ for elite, semi-professional and recreational athletes. Forms meaningful, positive relationships with key stakeholders to influence attitudes, behaviours and performance outcomes. Integrates and works effectively in multidisciplinary teams.Most recent position within an educational role, with evident proactive and versatile qualities. Utilises successful communication skills to translate complex information in simple terms to aid learning and development. An understanding of youth safe-guarding responsibilities and requirements. A two-time national powerlifting champion with a first-hand understanding of exercise physiology principles; coupled with direct experience of implementing nutritional strategies to assist performance. Early career experience in research roles, working in the laboratory, preparing tests, data collection and interpretation for governing bodies. Already possessing a masters degree in environmental science and post graduate diploma in management. Previous career experience as a senior business manager, in a variety of operational, technical and commercial roles. Seven years professional working experience overseas, with responsibility for business development and project management in major utility organisations.
