At Toolots, ZeMing oversees innovation, intellectual property (IP) architecture, IP creation, business strategies, the platform\'s underlying business network architecture, and corporate structure, including capital, equity, and organizational structures. With over manufacturing companies on board (adding more daily), something exciting is brewing at Toolots. Toolots is a cross-border open e-commerce company that creates scalable verticals and business solutions and shares them among many platform customers. We initially focus on industrial equipment but ultimately want to transform global business operations by virtualizing and sharing intermediary functions, internal business processes, and employment. To support this ambition, we started with manufacturers first and built a Shared Manufacturer-to-User (M2U) platform. At the same time, we are inventing and pioneering a new technology called Virtual Firm (VF) Technology to scale our deeply vertical platform, which is otherwise hard to scale. Toolots is also working on a blockchain and token solution for its global industrial equipment open e-commerce platform. Compared to the vast application opportunities of these technologies, ours is a narrow vertical solution, but considering the vast implications of Toolot\'s open e-commerce platform, the potential is unlimited. Toolots is transforming global business operations with ultimate efficiencies.
