With over 26 years of experience in healthcare, including more than 20 years in hospice and end-of-life care, I am skilled in helping families navigate the full continuum of care — whether they require home care, hospice, home health or placement assistance. My background spans personal care, assisted living leadership, hospice, and senior services, allowing me to guide patients and families toward the right level of care with compassion, clarity, and integrity.I currently serve as an Operating Director with Cornerstone Caregiving~Ontario where I focus on operational growth, community partnerships, census development, and team leadership within the private duty home care sector. My experience across hospice, home health, assisted living, and personal care allows me to bring both clinical understanding and strong operational vision to the families and communities we serve.Prior to transitioning into home care leadership, I spent over two decades in hospice care and six years with my most recent organization, where I was consistently recognized as a top performer. I ranked as the #1 Hospice Care Consultant in the Western Region for five consecutive years and among the top in the nation. Beyond sales performance, I have served as a mentor and educator to healthcare representatives and clinical partners, providing ongoing training to facilities, physicians, and community organizations on hospice appropriateness, patient advocacy, and end-of-life support.Earlier in my career, I served as an Assisted Living Director and worked extensively in personal care and senior placement services, giving me a comprehensive understanding of the challenges families face when navigating aging and healthcare decisions. This well-rounded experience allows me to support both operational teams and the communities we serve with insight and empathy.My passion has always centered on patient advocacy and ensuring families receive the right level of care at the right time. I am deeply committed to helping healthcare organizations grow with integrity while maintaining a compassionate, patient-first approach.In addition to my operational role, I serve on the Executive Board for the Inland Empire Network for Caregivers (IENC), supporting scholarships and professional development for individuals serving in the healthcare field.I am known for building strong referral networks, developing strategic growth initiatives, mentoring teams, and creating sustainable systems that drive both quality care and organizational growth.
