As the Founder, CEO, and Board Member of DIGGS, I am dedicated to revolutionizing pet products with a focus on safety, innovation, and high-quality design. At DIGGS, we believe pets deserve the very best, which is why our best-selling dog crates, Revol and Evolv, combine intuitive features, thoughtful details, and premium materials. We’ve built a true omni-channel presence, selling direct-to-consumer (DTC), through major marketplaces like Amazon and Walmart, specialty pet retailers like PetSmart, Petco, and Pet Food Express, and general retailers such as Costco. Beyond DIGGS, I serve as a Board Member at Mutuo, a leader in AI-powered digital assistants for healthcare. Mutuo was recently partially acquired by Healwell AI Inc, marking a major milestone in its growth. I am also a Lead Mentor at SKU, where I advise early-stage CPG startups on scaling, strategy, and execution. Previously, I was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, leading strategy and operations projects for asset management clients. Before McKinsey, I worked in management consulting at Deloitte (London & Montreal) and later founded Crampton Supply Chain Consulting, where I specialized in network optimization, warehouse design, inventory management, and procurement strategy. My industry expertise spans Pulp & Paper, Heavy Manufacturing, Packaging, and Private Equity. I am fluent in English and French, with basic proficiency in Spanish and Hebrew. Having lived in five countries across three continents and worked in five more, I bring a global perspective to everything I do. I currently reside in New York City with my wife, three kids, and our dog.
