Oversee the efficient operation and maintenance of all electrical and mechanical equipment supporting Six facilities and its critical operations- Manage and perform maintenance repair and preventative maintenance work in all phases of HVAC installation, maintenance and repair, electrical, building automation, and fire and life safety systems- Responsible for overall administration of the water treatment program, including periodic monitoring of core water and cooling tower water when in operation- Responsible for maintaining tenant requests and preventative maintenance program - Coordinate and oversee maintenance efforts with outside contractors and technicians- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency and company directives as relates to building operations.
