At Experience Fab, I oversee the end-to-end delivery of our educational and corporate programs. My role’s all about really understanding what clients want—sometimes it’s the details they don’t even mention upfront—and shaping our solutions around those needs. I coordinate closely with internal teams, facilitators, and vendors to ensure every event runs smoothly, from the planning stages right through to execution.On the logistics side, I handle everything: booking venues, prepping materials, troubleshooting whenever something pops up (which, let’s be honest, is pretty much every event). After each program, I collect feedback, analyze what landed (and what didn’t), and use those insights to refine our future offerings. I’m also responsible for preparing detailed reports, keeping records organized, and supporting business development, always with a focus on delivering real value to our clients. My approach is simple: put the client first, sweat the details, and make sure every engagement actually moves the needle.
