Let me share a bit of my story with you. It began in Lebanon, in the world of construction. I was a procurement and cost engineer, working in a team of 30 male colleagues, trying to get malls and towers built and delivered on time and within budget. My role was all about delivering results—securing material approvals, meeting deadlines, and managing finances. But all of that required the support and buy-in of all my colleagues and subcontractors, which became frustrating when others refused to collaborate. The road towards collaboration wasn\'t always straightforward. To my colleagues, I was perceived as overly assertive, and this wasn\'t helping anyone; which led me to an important realization. Something needed to change.So began my journey into coaching, changing my world and how I see others. I learned that managing projects effectively isn\'t just about the tasks at hand; it\'s equally about fostering relationships, enhancing communication skills, and building self-confidence.In my role, dealing with procurement and cost, balancing budgets and deadlines was only half the battle. The other half was about managing my emotions and relationships with a diverse group of over 30 stakeholders. This experience taught me the importance of self-management, authentic relationships, understanding different viewpoints, and clear communication in achieving common objectives.Now, as a coach, I apply these lessons to help professionals, particularly those in technical and analytical fields, realize that even the most brilliant ideas need trust, clear communication, and confidence to come to life.Combining my expertise in management and coaching with my passion for dance and yoga, I\'ve developed a unique approach: the body-mind connection, which stresses the importance of bringing your whole self—your body, mind, and spirit—into your professional life. So whether you\'re in the MENA region, the US, or elsewhere, I\'m here to guide you towards better communication, deeper connections, and embracing your confidence.
