My role here focuses on- Building an Entrepreneurial Development Lab for the Bottom-of-the-Pyramid Skilled Workforce- Aligning THF’s Academic Strategy with NAVTTC and GiZ’s TVET reforms agenda- Strategizing for enterprising Hunar Foundation as a non-profit to ensure organizational sustainability- Leading the special programs initiative to include trans people, prisoners and people with special needs in our upskilling scheme- Aligning partnerships, fundraising and donor stewardship strategy to harmonize departments to be able to speak as one voice of Hunar- Setting up the Industrial Linkages division in line with World Economic Forum’s 2030 Reskilling Revolution- Curating Hunarsaaz, a student mentorship program for THF graduates to equip them with 21st Century Life Skills, Civic Responsibility, Financial Literacy and Job Readiness Skills- Developing case studies of impactful beneficiary stories and publishing these via engaging public content- Revising The Hunar Foundation\'s Upskilling and Reskilling Narrative to refine our brand position.This role reports directly to Hunar Foundation’s Chairman and a dotted line reporting to the Board of Trustees, Executive Committee and Head of Operations.
